Affinity Confections

Affinity Confections is a Black-owned, Philadelphia-based contemporary baking company founded by pastry chef Joseph “Joe” Green. Established in 2014, the company creates seasonally inspired desserts and pastries using premium, natural ingredients and distinctive flavor combinations. Its offerings include brownies, dessert bars, cupcakes, cakes, shortbread, tarts and Bundt cakes, with seasonal collections that change throughout the year. Affinity also provides dessert catering, event tastings, delivery and seasonal cooking classes.
