Darnel's
Darnel’s Cakes is a Black-owned, mission-driven Philadelphia bakery and café founded by pastry chef Kyle Cuffie-Scott in honor of his cousin Darnel Scott. The business grew from a World AIDS Day cupcake fundraiser into a neighborhood bakery known for its scratch-made cakes, pastries, cookies, brownies and signature homemade buttermilk biscuit breakfast sandwiches. Darnel’s also serves breakfast and lunch items and supports HIV/AIDS awareness and community organizations through its business mission.
