Common Ground

Common Ground Philly is a Philadelphia-based, nonpartisan civic leadership initiative that develops emerging leaders through hands-on civic engagement, community partnerships, leadership coaching, and collaborative problem-solving. The organization helps participants better understand community challenges and build the skills and relationships needed to create community-informed solutions.
