Arterial Coffee

Arterial Coffee is a Black woman-owned, family-operated coffee shop in West Philadelphia’s Mantua/Powelton Village area, created by sisters Sharla and Sharaine Brown. The sisters were inspired by their family connection to coffee in Jamaica, where they helped their grandmother pick coffee cherries. The café focuses on creating a welcoming community space rather than a traditional chain-style coffee shop.
