Farina was founded by Army veteran and Drexel University culinary graduate Dan Lee after a trip to Italy inspired a simple idea: fresh, handmade pasta shouldn’t only be reserved for special occasions.

We’ve brought that philosophy to Philadelphia since 2020 by making our pasta from scratch every day and serving it in a fast, casual setting. A build-your-own bowl concept with fresh pasta, house-made sauces, delicious proteins, and fresh veggies—all made with quality ingredients and crafted with care.

We are a local, family-owned business, with a passion for food, service, and community. At Farina, we believe fresh pasta should be delicious, approachable, affordable, and available any day of the week!
